Anggun C Sasmi - Bayang Bayang Ilusi (aRPie Blended Mix)

It's been such a long time since my last Indonesian remix. Also I would like to celebrate the 65th of Indonesia Independence Anniversary with a new remix which never done before. This project has been postponed several times because some reason.

Song selection, difficulty on getting a good source, getting the looping beat, and the remixing process its self. I decided the looping beat for this remix must be taken from an Indonesian song. You may guess it which one ...?

Why is "Bayang - Bayang Ilusi" by Anggun? Simple, she is well known as Lady Rocker during my time and this single were so famous at the time. And it's challenged me to remix it becoming a dance song without removing the rock part.

 
Finally, here is my brand new remix, Anggun C Sasmi - Bayang Bayang Ilusi (aRPie Blended Mix). I don't change the tempo to make it can be used as an opening song. If you were aware, I used "Bawalah Daku Pergi" from Ruth Sahanaya as a looping beat. Yes, I have to bring down the tempo for it.

As usual, the song has been restructured and re-cut again esspecially the 2nd part to make it as what I imagined.

Michael Jackson feat Double Jam - Human Nature (aRPie Blended Mix)

It is a tribute to the first anniversary of the death of Michael Jackson. Mix from the original version of Human Nature with Double Jam version. And it's added with Oops Ups by Snap! as a looping beat background on the chorus part.

Which part of Double Jam version are been used then? You can hear them on the intro and ending parts, and also on the rap part which done by Double Jam.

aRPie - Classic beaT Slimming Mix #1

This slimming mix-set is a tribute to Dodo "MasterMix" Abdullah – Prambors Disco Mix on 102.3FM (#Now 102.2FM). He played this mix-set on one of his show when i tuned to the radio. So, i would like to bring back that memory by playing the same mix-set as his.

It took me to wait for years just for finishing this mix-set. I found some difficulties to get the songs, especially the Funky Amadeus.

Aishah and Fan Club - Never Give Up On You (aRPie Blended Mix)

Aishah and The Fan Club, better known as The Fan Club or just Fan Club, were a New Zealand-based singing group in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The group released their first album Sensation in 1988, which spawned three top-20 singles in the New Zealand and Malaysian charts, namely "Sensation", "Paradise" and "Call Me".
Their second album, titled Respect the Beat, also produced three hit singles, including "I Feel Love" and "I Never Gave Up on You" (1990, #25 NZ), and the band's only single to make the US Billboard Hot 100 Charts - "Don't Let Me Fall Alone". The remixes for this song were among the most played dance tunes in clubs at the time.

This mix is blended on Sybil - Don't Make Me Over as looping beat, and also fulled fill with some 90s samples. Low tempo at 96.6 BPM - I need to increase around 10 BPM to get the beat.

Since i dont' have any extended or other remix version, then i have to use the original album version, and rendering it to become as what you hear.
